Improving safety in the Rochester community

Tuesday morning, Rochester Police, firefighters and 911 dispatchers will talk about the successes and challenges they faced in 2012 and their goals for improving safety for the community in 2013.

The end-of-year news conference is scheduled for 11 a.m.
