Survey: Half-day Fridays, on-site fitness center wanted most by workers

If you could have one perk at your workplace, what would it be?
 
A new CareerBuilder survey asked respondents to identify one perk that would make their workplace more satisfying. Scoring the highest were half-day Fridays, an on-site fitness center and the ability to wear jeans.
 
More than 3,900 full-time workers nationwide took part in the survey.
