The Sheriff's Office have released the names of the victims of Thursday's fire on Golden Road in Chili.
67-year-old Judith, 24-year-old Kaitlyn and 7-month-old Mara Ogg, along with 4-year-old R.J. Lockwood are all in guarded condition. Deputies say the women have serious injuries, but say the children's injuries are critical.
All four were rescued from their home on Golden Road in Chili Thursday. A postal worker, Barbara Langdon, helped pull Judy out of the home. Firefighters found the mother of the children, Kaitlyn Ogg, lying on the floor. R.J. was rescued by the battalion chief Chuck Kaiser and sheriff's deputy Jason Elliotto went back in and got the 7-month-old girl named Mara.
The Ogg Family released a statement saying that they would like to thank the community for all its thoughts. They are all in guarded but stable condition. They are also asking for privacy while we focus on their family.
Donations to the family may be received through Kaitlyn's husband, Joseph Ogg's employer, Monroe Tech. The contact there is Chris Tobin at 585-392-8324. Donations can also be made through Dr. Myke Merrill at Parma Christian Fellowship or Pastor Chuck Degroat at Spencerport Assembly of God.
