High wind warning in effect in several NY counties

A high wind warning remains in effect until 4 p.m. Thursday afternoon in several NY counties, including Monroe and Wayne.

Southwest winds are expected between 30 to 40 miles per hour, with gusts up to 60 miles per hour.

As of Thursday morning, 110 customers are without power in Monroe County.

Due to heavy rainfall, a flood watch also remains in effect throughout Thursday afternoon, in Ontario and Wayne County.
