Rochester: One of the best places to purchase foreclosed property

In the market to buy a house? You might think about moving to Florida or New York. A new report out Thursday morning lists the best places to buy foreclosed property.
 
According to a report by on-line real estate tracker, Realtytrac, the Big Apple and Sunshine State have a large number of foreclosed homes available at discounted prices.
 
Topping the list in Florida are Melbourne, Lakeland and Tampa. Rochester, Albany and Syracuse have the best foreclosure deals in New York.
 
Other cities with an abundance of discounted foreclosed homes, Chicago, Philadelphia, El Paso, Texas and Indianapolis.
