Deputies: Palmyra woman abandoned two cats

A 27-year-old Palmyra woman has been arrested on a warrant for abandonment of animals and failing to provide proper sustenance.

Ontario County Sheriff’s Deputies say Mallory Lauren Richardville abandoned two cats at a prior residence in the Town of Geneva from January 21, 2013 to January 25, 2013.

Richardville was arraigned on the charges and released.
