Rochester Police officer involved in crash

A Rochester Police cruiser collided with a car, sending a street sign smashing into a store. It happened around 2:30 a.m. at intersection of North Goodman Street and Clifford Avenue.
Police tell News10NBC an officer was on the way to a call with emergency lights and sirens on when the cruiser hit a car that was going northbound on North Goodman Street. That car then struck a pole, knocking the sign through the window of a nearby business.
There were two people in the car. One was taken to Rochester General Hospital with minor injuries. The officer wasn't hurt.
No charges have been filed.
