Rochester Police Department now on Facebook

The Rochester Police Department is now on Facebook. Chief James Sheppard made the announcement Monday morning.

The department says it plans to use social media as an investigative tool, for community outreach and to send out time-sensitive notifications. Click here to "like" the RPD on Facebook

The department is also on Twitter.
