More American teens are choosing not to have babies. A new report says there were 31 births per 1,000 teen girls in 2011 -- the lowest rate on record.
Between 2010 and 2011, general fertility rates and overall number of births declined by one-percent.
For the fifth year in a row, the pre-term birth rate dropped to about 12-percent.
