A Chili teenager has been charged with assault after sheriff's deputies say he stabbed his mother's boyfriend in their mobile home on Paul Road early Friday morning.
Sheriff's Deputies say 31-year-old Shawn Holler and his girlfriend were arguing, when the woman's son, 16-year-old Brandon Lyautey came into the room and stabbed Holler.
Lyautey fled from the mobile home and was taken into custody a short time later. He has been charged with assault and criminal possession of a weapon. He was arraigned in Chili Town Court and remained to the Monroe County Jail in lieu of $2,500 cash bail/$5,000 bond.
Holler was transported to Strong Memorial Hospital with non life threatening injuries.
