Hilton man indicted on manslaughter charges in East Rochester crash

A 47-year-old Hilton man has been indicted on manslaughter charges in a crash that killed a BOCES employee.
It happened in East Rochester on December 14, 2012 during the morning commute. Police say a wrong-way driver slammed into two cars at the intersection of North Washington Street and Linden Avenue.
A Monroe County grand jury has indicted the truck driver, Donald Love, for manslaughter, reckless driving and several other traffic violations.
The victim, 53-year-old John Marcaitis of Fairport, was on his way to work at the BOCES facility on Linden Avenue.
