Police ID man shot and killed on Second Street

A 31-year-old Rochester man is dead after being shot multiple times. It happened around 6:30 p.m. Monday on Second Street.
Rochester Police tell News10NBC when they arrived at the scene, the victim -- Adjaukumar Graham, was lying on the sidewalk. Police say he suffered multiple gunshot wounds to his upper body.
No suspects are in custody at this time. Anyone with information is asked to call 911.
