Facebook cracking down on Sandy Hook tribute pages

Facebook says it will crack down on some posts and tribute pages related to the Sandy Hook Elementary School shooting.

The social networking site is picking up on complaints that the pages being used to exploit the tragedy. Some families of the victims and state officials have asked that Facebook take the offending pages down.

Lawmakers say some pages set up to honor victims of the December 14 shooting in Newtown, Connecticut have been used to exploit or harass the victims' families.
