Fire breaks out in townhouse on Lake Avenue

A townhouse building was damaged on Lake Avenue Sunday afternoon after it caught on fire.
Firefighters were called to the Parkwood Townhouses on Lake Ave near Augustine Street around 1:40 p.m.
Crews were able to put out the fire in about 20 minutes. There was fire, smoke and water damage to the first and second floors of one unit.
The Red Cross is assisting one person who lived there.
Investigators are still looking into what caused the fire.
