Rochester woman charged under Leandra's Law

A Rochester woman is accused of driving drunk on the Inner Loop with a 6-year-old in the car.
55-year-old Nancy Morris is charged with aggravated DWI under Leandra's Law.
Troopers say she sideswiped a guardrail on the Inner Loop around 2:30 p.m. Sunday and kept on driving.
Troopers tell News10NBC that they arrested her at her home and that her B.A.C. was .21, nearly 3 times the legal limit.
Morris is in the Monroe County Jail.
