Man charged with killing his girlfriend in Carlton, Orleans County

An Orleans County man is accused of killing his girlfriend then left her body along the side of the road.
61-year-old Frederick Miller was arrested and charged with second degree murder. Investigators say he killed 53-year-old Rachel Miller and left her body along Oak Orchard River Road in the town of Carlton.
A school bus driver passing by discovered her body and called police.
