A New Jersey teenager was arrested and charged with starting a fire at a home on Copeland Street on Monday.
Luchina Moore, 18, of East Orange, New Jersey, was charged with arson.
Just after 9:30p.m on Monday, firefighters were called to a fire at a multi-house on Copeland Street. When they arrived, they found a small fire inside the kitchen. No one was hurt. Firefighters determined the fire was intentionally set.
Moore was located on Tuesday at the Amtrak Station on Cumberland Street, waiting to board a train. She was taken into custody without incident. Investigators say the fire was apparently set during a dispute between the occupants and Moore.
