Schoff's Sugar Shack gets ready for Maple Weekend

New York Maple Weekend is next weekend and News10NBC stopped by Schoff's Sugar Shack Thursday morning as they put taps in the trees and also worked hard to boil down the sap.
Master syrup maker Chris Schoff says this weekend will be perfect for sugaring because of cold nights and warmer days.
If you want to sample some syrup, it will be available next weekend and the weekend after that from 10:00 a.m. until 4:00p.m.
