Drinking sugar-filled beverages is linked to eating high-fat foods -- according to a new analysis of kids' diets.

Researchers at UNC Chapel Hill studied the eating habits of nearly 11,000 children ages two to eighteen. They found the more sugared beverages a child drank -- the less milk and water they consumed.

They were also more likely to eat foods high in calories -- like pizza, cookies and French fries.
