If you're looking forward to a tax refund this year have you thought about how you will spend it?
Millions of Americans will soon be getting a tax refund from Uncle Sam and according to a TD Ameritrade survey, 47-percent of those expecting to get a refund plan to bulk up their savings account while 44-percent plan to use the refund to pay down their debt.
About 28-percent of Americans will spend at least some money on necessities and 15-percent plan to splurge on something discretionary.
