A Newark man is charged with aggravated DWI after sheriff’s deputies say he was found asleep in his truck and then tried to drive off.
Deputies say 36-year-old Zachary Suwyn was found sleeping in his truck in the middle of Herbst Road in Lyons. When deputies woke him up and asked him to roll down his window, we're told Suwyn put his truck in gear and drove off and then stopped several feet away.
He was arrested and charged with aggravated DWI.
