Small business owners learned how the Affordable Care Act will change the way they offer health benefits to their employees.
The Small Business Council of Rochester hosted an event in Brighton Wednesday. Business owners learned about the provisions of the law that will affect them. For instance, under the law, businesses with less than 25 employees could receive tax credits.
