SUNY Geneseo president to retire in 2014

SUNY Geneseo's President says he is retiring. Christopher Dahl is also an English professor at Geneso.
He says he will retire effective June 2014 and will begin a nine month sabbatical this October. The school says he will continue to support administrators during the sabbatical.
Dahl has been president of Geneseo for 18 years and right now is the longest serving president in the SUNY system. He has recommended Geneseo Provost Carol Long to serve as interim president.
