A new study warns breast cancer patients to avoid high fat dairy products.

Women who consumed one or more daily servings of high fat dairy -- had a 49-percent increased risk of dying from the disease and were 64-percent more likely to die from any cause.

Researchers say these products contain higher levels of estrogen which comes from the milk of pregnant cows.

Estrogen exposure has been linked to breast cancer. Therefore breast cancer patients may want to avoid whole milk, ice cream and custard as well as full fat cheeses and yogurt.
