Brothers accused of defrauding Veterans Affairs

Two brothers are accused of taking 13 million dollars in grants from the Department of Veteran Affairs.
According to investigators 60-year-old Raymond Testa and 55-year-old Gerald Testa are charged with major fraud against the United States. The office says that according to court paperwork, the Testas started a business in 2008 and claimed it qualified as a service-disabled, veteran-owned business.
In order to do that, the office says one must have a disability that's connected to the service. Prosecutors say this business did not qualify. The office says the Testas took about 13 million in grants.
If convicted, the two face a maximum of up to 10 years in prison and a million dollar fine.
