Blood drive celebrating Al Sigl's 130th birthday to be held Monday

The Al Sigl Community of Agencies and the American Red Cross are partnering up to celebrate Al Sigl's 130th birthday and his commitment to blood donations. Al Sigl was a well-known local radio personality.
They will be holding a blood drive on Monday at the Al Sigl Center's Elmwood Campus from 11:30 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. The campus is located at 1000 Elmwood Avenue, near South Avenue.
All presenting donors are welcome to enjoy birthday cake and sign a birthday card that will be presented to Al Sigl's relatives during a proclamation ceremony by the Mayor's office at noon.
Those who have last donated on or before January 21st are eligible to donate. Walk-ins are welcome.
