Police: Rochester woman charged with DWI following hit-and-run crash

A 21-year-old Rochester woman is facing charges after a hit-and-run Friday night.
State Police tell News10NBC they arrested Chelsea Gelo for drunk driving after she hit a car and then left the scene on Pearl Street. When police tracked her down, they say she was in the back seat of the car and admitted to having switched spots with a passenger after the crash.
Gelo is expected to answer to the charges at a later date.
