Mexican man charged with raping six-year-old girl in Wayne County

A Mexican man was arrested and charged with raping a six year old girl in Wayne County in 2011.
Dagoberto Ruiz-Barrios, 41, of Tuxtla Gutierrec, Mexico, is charged with three counts of predatory sexual assault against a child, rape, and two counts of criminal sexual act.
State Police say Barrios say he raped a six-year-old girl in July 2011 in Clyde, New York. Barrios was arrested in Atlanta, Georgia on March 15 and was extradited to Wayne County. He is in the Wayne County Jail without bail.
