Rochester on Forbes list Fastest and Slowest-Growing Cities

Forbes magazine says Rochester is one of the slowest growing cities in the country. Rochester is near the bottom of a new list along with Buffalo.
According to Forbes, Rochester has seen a population increase of 1.5-percent over the past 12 years. That ranks the city at 46 out of the 52 cities in the study. Buffalo comes in at number 49.
The three fastest-growing cities are Raleigh, North Carolina, Austin, Texas and Las Vegas, Nevada.
