Victor standoff suspect expected in court Friday

An update is expected Friday on the Victor man accused of shooting at parked cars and causing a standoff that paralyzed a neighborhood earlier this month.
Ryan Whidden, 31, is due in Victor Town Court on Friday for a hearing. Currently, he is charged with criminal possession of a weapon.
Sheriff's Deputies say Whidden barricaded himself inside a closet in his home on Ketchum Street and kept his wife inside against her will.
The standoff lasted 12 hours. Police fired tear gas into the home to get Whidden to surrender.
