Hamlin man killed in crash on Route 262 in Genesee County

A Hamlin man has died after being thrown from his vehicle during a car crash in Genesee County.
Emergency crews were called to the crash scene in Byron on Route 262 in Wednesday morning.
Investigators say the victim, 28-year-old Jeremy Murray was driving on Chapel Road when another driver failed to yield and slammed into Murray's passenger door. The impact caused his truck to flip several times.
The other driver, 57-year-old Terry Boyce, was ticketed for failure to yield.
