City leaders say Rochester has a budget deficit of $29 million and they want to hear your ideas to shrink that gap.
The third of four "Voice of the Citizen" forums on the city's budget was held Monday night. Rochester residents spoke in front of officials like Mayor Tom Richards, telling them what they feel the city can do. Some of the ideas they could discuss include increasing taxes and fees, making cuts to some services and ways to create a more efficient government.
The final meeting will be Wednesday night at the Adams Street Community Center from 6 to 8 p.m.
