The Town of Greece planning board has put aside making a decision on a proposal from Wegmans.
The grocery chain wants to buy two houses near its Mt. Read Boulevard store so it can expand. The company says this would allow it to build a space on the property to rent out to a to-be-determined tenant. In addition, the proposal would also call for moving a traffic light further north, something neighbors tell News10NBC, could change the flow of traffic.
At its meeting Wednesday night, the board decided to take up the proposal again on April 17.
