A big “thank you” to local Taco Bell employees and managers who helped this year's Shamrock Campaign for the Muscular Dystrophy Association.
Around St. Patrick's Day, they ask customers to buy paper shamrocks and the money goes to support research for muscle diseases.
Monday morning, they heard how important that research is from a mom whose son has muscular dystrophy. Then, they received t-shirts and plaques and finally, they all posed together for a check presentation.
This year, all 13 Taco Bell locations around Rochester collected $30,470.
