Opening statements will get underway Wednesday in the case against a Rochester man accused of killing a 17-year-old East High School junior and dumping her body in a swimming pool.

The district attorney's office says all 12 jurors as well as alternates have been seated in the case against Devante Lively.

Lively is accused of killing 17-year-old Larie Butler. She was missing for a week before police found her body at the bottom of a swimming pool in Irondequoit.
