Last month, Lollypop Farm started to provide free spay/neuter services to dog and cat owners who live in the 14613 zip code in Rochester. On Wednesday, vets at Lollypop Farm will provide the one hundredth spay/neuter to Super Fluff – a one-year-old car -- as part of a grant-funded program.

To be eligible for the program, a pet owner must live in the designated zip code, dogs/cats must be healthy and between the ages of four months to six years old. All pets will also receive a free rabies vaccination and free microchip, to help in the return of lost pets.

PetSmart Charities gave Lollypop Farm more than $73,000 in funding to launch the geographically-targeted spay/neuter clinic. The goal is to perform 1,500.
