A new poll shows that many Americans are still unclear about the details of the new health care laws. In many cases, they don't even know that the changes are law.

The poll, conducted by the Kaiser Family Foundation, found that 42% of Americans don't know that Affordable Care Act is in fact a law. Twelve percent think it was overturned by Congress. Seven percent think the Supreme Court shut it down and still nearly one quarter of the people asked said they're not sure of the law's status.

The law is still seen in a more negative light than positive. Thirty-five percent of Americans support the changes while 40% say they're against them.
