Testimony continues Thursday in the case of a Rochester man accused of brutally murdering an East High School student.

Devonte Lively is accused of killing the teenage girl and dumping her body in a pool in Irondequoit.

On Wednesday, the jury heard 911 tapes from a fight between the victim's family and Lively's family.

Investigators believe Lively killed 17-year-old Larie Butler in his grandmother's basement and then tried to cover it up. Investigators found what they believe to be blood stains and drag marks in the basement that led outside.

The defense team says most of the evidence does not point to Lively killing Butler and that none of the witnesses are eye witnesses.

If convicted of killing Butler, Lively faces up to 25 years in prison.
