A new audit from the state comptroller's office says the Medley Centre project has created zero jobs so far, despite receiving $1.5 million in tax breaks in 2011.

The tax breaks came from COMIDA, one of several industrial development agencies across the state included in the audit. The tax breaks are in exchange for job creation.

The audit lists Medley Centre as one of the top projects in the state.

COMIDA was the focus of an I-Team investigation last week. The comptroller recommends posting an annual summary online, showing the status of projects approved by industrial development agencies.
