Tourism summit in Albany in Wednesday

Tourism leaders from across the state will gather in Albany to drum up new ideas on how to get more people to visit places in New York.

The State Tourism Summit began at 9:00a.m.

News10NBC is working to find out who is representing our area. The governor's office says 6.9 million people from across the country go on an overnight vacation in the Finger Lakes every year.

Those travelers spend about $2.7 billion a year.
