The East Avenue Wegmans is having its grand opening Sunday morning and one man is going to make sure he's the first customer inside the new store.
Allen Davidson of Brighton has been outside the new store since one 11 a.m. Saturday morning.
He says he's been welcomed as if he's the king of England.
It is now less than eight hours away from the grand opening. Doors open at 7 a.m. Sunday morning.
“I was the first person in line at Joe's Crabshack. I was the first person in line at Buffalo Wild Wings. I was the first person in line for DQ Ice Cream Parlor and I was the first person in line for a Walmart promotion. I just wanted to personally keep my little record going . Plus, I absolutely love Wegmans,” he said.
