Some lawmakers in Albany are sponsoring a bill on something many people like to do.

According to our affiliate WGRZ in Buffalo, New York State Assemblyman Robin Schimminger(D, 140th District) and New York State Senator Patrick(R, 59th District) are sponsoring a bill that would cover bowling shoes.

The bill would require alley owners to post signs, warning kegglers not to wear bowling shoes outside.  The reason, alleys would be shielded from lawsuits filed by people who slip and fall on snow, ice and wet pavement outside in their bowling shoes.
