Rochester man charged with burglary, reckless endangerment, criminal mischief

A 44-year-old Rochester man has been charged with burglary, endangering the welfare of a child, reckless endangerment and criminal mischief following a domestic dispute.
Investigators tell News10NBC Robin Buckman broke into a home on Otis Street in Rochester just before 3 a.m. Wednesday. We are told that Buckman poured a large amount of lighter fluid inside and outside the home.
Investigators say the lighter fluid presented a substantial danger to the residents – including children -- who were inside sleeping. Police were able to take Buckman into custody at the scene.
Buckman is in the Monroe County Jail pending arraignment.
