The latest in "going green" was on display Thursday in Rochester, it was the third annual "Go Green" expo at the Rochester Museum and Science Center.

The largest gathering of Rochester businesses offering green and sustainable products. Many area organizations are dedicating talent and resources to offering more environmentally friendly options to their customers.

Everything from roofing, carpeting, lighting and energy was on display. We spoke with the president of EMCOR, a company that offers sustainable energy solutions and is also a sponsor of the expo.

"The Rochester Community is incredibly excited about reducing their energy footprint and becoming a more sustainable town," says Jerry Cott, President of EMCOR. "It's really a fantastic place to live in terms of being interested in green."

Cott says more people are interested in making improvements to their homes and businesses that save energy and reduce expenses.
