Several local kids are on their way to a summer camp in Kentucky, thanks to Tim Horton's. But earlier Thursday morning, they didn't think they make it to camp.

Fifteen kids from around Rochester were chosen to go on an all-expense paid camp. They showed up at the Greater Rochester International Airport, expecting to leave just after 6:30a.m.

But no one from Tim Horton's showed up at the airport to check them in and the kids missed their flight. While the parents were worried and stressed, thinking their summer plans were ruined. It didn't seem to bother many of the kids. They played games and looked pretty much like happy campers.

News10NBC learned that the Tim Horton's staff member missed their alarm. But everything is okay now and the kids are on their way to Kentucky.
