Rochester Police have been investigating reports of rape in Rochester's East End. A Monroe County Grand Jury has indicted the suspect in one of those cases.

Police say 19-year-old Marvin Sevilla-Rosales forced his way into a woman's apartment on Alexander Street and sexually assaulted her. According to court paperwork, he also stole a cell phone, driver's license, money and other items from the victim.

The grand jury indicted him on first-degree rape charges, as well as three counts of criminal sexual act, sexual abuse and burglary.
