A new report on obesity and school districts finds that about one in three students in the Rochester area is overweight or obese. That's according to a new state report which breaks down student body mass index for districts across New York.
Locally, the highest percentage is in the Rochester City School District. The report says about half of city students are overweight or obese.
The lowest rate was in Pittsford followed by Brighton where less than one in four students is considered overweight or obese.
