Rochester man charged in 2006 homicide

A 28-year-old Rochester man has been charged in connection with a 2006 murder.

The Monroe County District Attorney’s Office confirms to News10NBC that Michael Albert pleaded not guilty Thursday morning to second-degree murder and criminal possession of a weapon. The DA’s office says Albert killed Jeremy Trim on April 29, 2006.

Albert is being held in the Monroe County Jail without bail.
