A 60-year-old Naples man has been arrested for 45 counts of aggravated harassment.

Ontario County Sheriff's Deputies say Robert Hurrin called 911 and hung-up on 45 different occasions between March 2012 and July 2013. Investigators say he had no legitimate emergency or complaint.

According to deputies, Hurrin is currently on probation for convictions of the same offense in 2011 and has hostile feelings towards law enforcement and made the calls as retaliation.

He was arraigned on the charges and remanded to jail in lieu of bail.
