Remembering two great men and raising money for a good cause. That was the purpose of the Corey-Coffey Golf Classic held Monday at Penfield Country Club.
The tournament is held in memory of the late WBEE radio host Bill Coffey along with Lyle Corey. Both men were longtime supporters of Camp Good Days and Special Times. This is the 18th year the tournament has been held. It was originally known just as the Coffey Golf Classic.
All the money raised at Monday's event will go right to the camp to help children battling cancer.
